Hatha Yoga

Focusing on physical exercises and breathing control...

Release your stress of the day with some yoga Asana (postures) which will help you to correct a bad posture and release tiredness. Easy slow-paced style asanas, postures are held for longer periods of time.

For beginners is a great chance to get into yoga focusing on Balancing Asanas.

Hatha Yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites, in our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility.

We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose, balance between body and mind is achieved primarily through physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation.

This form of yoga is ideal for balancing the dosha as well.

It is considered gentle yoga that focuses on static poses.
It is therefore ideal for beginners, although it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging.

The Sanskrit word ‘Hatha means “power” and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.

Hatha is also translated as "ha" meaning “sun” and "tha" meaning “moon” This refers to the balance of masculine aspects—active, hot, sun—and feminine aspects—receptive, cool, moon—within all of us.

Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
