Escape the ordinary and join us for 3-days Wing yoga retreat, where movement, breath, and stillness come together in a tranquil setting of Porto Santo. 

This retreat is designed for all levels, offering a balance of dynamic aerial yoga flows, restorative practices, mindfulness, and relaxation with Gong healing.

Surrounded by golden sand beaches and the soothing sounds of the ocean, this retreat is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.


RETREAT PROGRAMME

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding

  • Afternoon Beach 
  • Sunset Wing yoga 
  • Dinner 
  • Meditation with Gong
Day 2 & 3: Strength, Flow & Exploration
  • Morning energizing Wing yoga and jump in the Ocean for a swim  
  • Brunch
  • Free time for an optional horseback ride on the beach or hiking (not included in the price)
  • Dinner 
  • Meditation with Gong
Day 4: Integration & Departure
  • Sunrise Wing Yoga practice
  • Brunch
  • Check-out
  • Afternoon Beach 
  • Embark and goodbye 

*Each day blends Wing yoga, and Gong vibrations, with plenty of time to explore the island.

  • Hiking – Explore the island’s diverse trails, from rolling dunes to scenic cliffs.
  • Flights or Ferry tickets & transportation around Porto Santo 

ℹ️ Porto Santo is accessible by:

  • Flight: Direct flights are available from mainland Portugal (Lisbon and Porto) and Madeira.
  • Ferry: A daily ferry operates between Funchal (Madeira) and Porto Santo, offering a scenic 2.5-hour journey.

  • Comfortable shoes (country hiking, flip flops)
