ℹ️ Daily breakfast is included throughout the retreat. During our stay in the Rishikesh Ashram, lunch and dinner are included and will be sattvic vegetarian. In Delhi and Amritsar, some meals will be left open for cultural experience and personal choice, with guidance and recommended options provided by the facilitators.
