In this class, we will go through some techniques to release stress and any tension, with some simple daily yoga practice we can apply in our everyday routine.
It takes 20-30 mins only per day to have a better life quality and approach a stressful situation in a different way.
We will learn some Pranayama fundamentals.
Breath is the main source for healthy physical and mental wellbeing. The circle of the oxygen we create from the Diaframma up to the brain is a powerful wheel of energy.
We will move to some Asanas (yoga pose) specifically to relax some area of the body that often we tent due to stress or bad postures from work.
Often the body is the speech of the mind, through body postures and as it said, in body language, we can see the emotions and understand the blockages we carry on.
Yoga Asanas can do miracles either increasing the flexibility of the muscles such as stretch the mind.
